We ask because depending on the animal, we may need the foster to come back to the shelter fairly often to see the vet, get vaccines, etc.

Do you live in a house or a condo/apartment setting?*

We ask as we would want to be more cognizant of which dogs go into a condo/apartment setting as any propensity for barking would be more of a concern.

How busy is your neighborhood?*

We ask to get a sense of how busy or quiet it is. Are there lots of other dogs, lots of traffic, etc. Some dogs need a quieter environment whereas others may thrive from the extra socialization of a busier environment.
